What do you do for living ?
I’ve never found a job title that really fits me, reluctantly I’ve come to accept the title Consultant, and usually Agile Consultant.
Basically I help teams – usually software development teams – work better. Sometimes that is via straight training, sometimes through advice and sometimes coaching.
What do you want talk about at Lean Kanban France ?
I’m going to talk about planning and guiding work by value, its an extension of the #NoProjects thesis: the project model is the wrong framework for most modern work, certainly for most software development. But if you drop projects how do you think about work? what does done look like? – the answer is an ongoing stream of value.
